Transportation to and from camp is not included, but you have flexible options: drive up yourself, ride our chartered bus from West Orange (NJ), Queens, Ardsley (Westchester) or Clifton Park (Albany area) with one bus home to Dobbs Ferry, NY, on the last day, or use our airport pick-up and drop-off at Albany International Airport (ALB). Scholarships are available for qualifying families.

The Long Lake difference

Why families say we’re the best

1A free-choice schedule

Campers pick their own activities every day and spend their summer only on what they love.

2Unplugged & all in

Phones stay in the cabins, not in their hands, so campers make real friends and go on real adventures.

3Actually learning

Taught by staff who studied or work in the field they teach, so campers come home with real skills.

4Safe, family-run since 1969

Regulated by the NY Department of Health, with 3 RNs on site and FBI-checked staff.

“The tuition was worth EVERY penny!”

Catherine C. · Camp Parent

“My daughter loved every minute, and the unit leaders helped and guided her every step of the way.”
