1. When is the Black Friday deadline?
November 28th, 2025.
We must receive BOTH your completed enrollment form and the $750 deposit by that date to apply the discount.
2. How do I get the discount?
Enroll your child using a 2-, 4-, 6-, or 8-week session AND submit:
✔ The completed enrollment form
✔ The $750 deposit
Before the deadline.
Discounts apply automatically once everything is received.
3. Who qualifies for the Black Friday offer?
Families enrolling new campers ages 7–16 for Summer 2026.
Returning-camper families receiving this offer are included because we love you.
4. What sessions are included?
- 2-week options
- 4-week options
- 6-week options
- 8-week full summer adventure
- Can I fill the form out digitally?
Absolutely, just remember the golden rule:
Download the PDF first.
If you try to fill it out inside your browser and click “download,” it will save as a blank form and you’ll scream into the void.
6. How do I pay the deposit?
You can:
- Mail a check with your printed form
- Use the ACH authorization form in the packet
- Or email the form and call us with payment
Whatever works best for you.
7. Are payments refundable?
Yes, IF you enroll before December 31st, 2025 and cancel before March 1st, 2026.
After that, refund rules vary based on session length and timing.

8. What’s actually included in tuition?
Almost everything except transportation and optional medical insurance:
- Housing
- All meals
- Program activities
- Private lessons
- Laundry
- Canteen

- Craft materials
9. What if my child has medical, dietary, or social needs?

The form includes space for all details so we can prepare and make sure they have the best summer possible.
